- Pick something positive you want to focus on in life and enjoy the feelings.
- List three characteristics you would like other people to say about you.
- Phone someone up and tell them you appreciate them being in your life.
- Identify any assumptions you make about the next stranger that walks past.
- Tell the story of the most exciting thing that ever happened to you.
- Name 3 like-minded people to support you in what you want to do with your life.
- List your top three accomplishments in life
- Make all your decisions today within three seconds.
- Set yourself a task that you can do today that excites you.
- Do something today that you would not normally do.
- Identify what you learnt from the biggest mistake you made in your life.
- List 3 things you enjoy doing spend more time doing them no matter what.
- Describe a material object in really specific detail that you want.
- Out of 10, how confident do you feel about yourself right now?
- List three characteristics your role model has that appeals to you
- List three words that make your feel good when you say them.
- Make a compilation CD of your favourite songs that make you feel good when you hear them.
- For a couple of hours walk, talk and smile as if you have unshakeable confidence in yourself.
- List three reasons why people love you just the way you are
- Refer to yourself using āIā when talking.
- Spent time grooming and dress up so you feel good today.
- Practice telling people about your exciting special skill unique to you.
- Admit one lie you tell yourself regularly.
- Describe a pattern of behaviour you currently do and would like to change.
- Go out and do something that scares you.
- Do something that deliberately make you feel embarrassed.
- List three people in your life that make you feel bad.
- Make as many people smile today as you can.
- Count how many times today you stop an idea of your own or someone else.
- Identify three people you look to when trying to make a decision.
- Practice saying your name out loud in your proudest voice.
- Set a mission statement to live today by.
- Make a diary to track your thoughts and moods throughout today
- Take 15 minutes out to just sit alone in absolute silence.
- Go and do something nice for someone without a reason.
- Look in the mirror and tell yourself three things you love about being you.
- Randomly pay someone a compliment.
- Find out the answer to a question that is currently bothering you.
- Organise your money so you only spend what you can afford.
- If you owe any money, work out how to pay it off as quickly as you can.
- Do something vigorous for over 15 minutes that leaves you out of breath.
- Stick pictures of things you want of life in a scrap book.
- Remember to wish all your friends and family happy birthday.
- List 5 things you want to get done today, and then tick them all off.
- Give everything in your house a proper place to live.
- Do not listen, watch or read to any news today in any way.
- Learn to tell a joke that makes people laugh every time.
- Bribe yourself with a nice treat when you complete a difficult task today.
- Spend 10 minutes dreaming about how your ideal life would be in 3 years time.
- Before you go to bed tonight, pat yourself on the back about three things you did well
- Phone up a friend you have not spoke to in a while just to catch up.
- Just let rip and have a rant out loud about everything that is on your mind
